??Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

??Communicate with internal and external stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on engineering design and development. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimising cost

??New product development, Prepare technical production procedures considering all engineering and process parameters for new product trial

??Ability to work to 5S and Lean manufacture principles

??Lean manufacturing and 5S to be implemented in spirit and action effectively.
