Description:

-To coordinate the scheduled Training activities.

-Training Feedback collation and action planning

-Responsible for Talent management process and Assessment

-Manage the training budget for the organization and source cost effective solutions

-Co-ordinate a learning needs analysis process and develop a Learning Strategy, aligned to Organization strategic plan.

-Ensure development and delivery of the resulting annual training Programme.

-Monitor, evaluate and develop learning & development offer and share across the Organization as appropriate.

8. Monitoring general administration of the plant (HK, Security & facility)

9.Contract workforce management, monitoring contract supervisor on documentations

10.Liaisoning with Govt. authorities on License, renewals & approvals related to factory, Fire & KSPCB

11.Ensure workplace safety and ensure employees to follow safety rules
