Engineer/Senior Engineer - Design - Thin Film Equipment Division.
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech-Mechanical
Years of Experience: 4-8 Years, Preferred from SPM manufacturing industries
-Should have good knowledge using design software like Autodesk Inventor(Must), solid works. Solid edge
-Familiar in 3D software like solid edge, Autodesk inventor and auto cad,
-Should have worked in design of SPMs, machine design, fixtures, automation.
-Knowledge on drawing standards, GD&T, ASME
-Capability to generate concept design & convert to detail design after approval using CAD Software
-Should know detailed calculations to develop Design & drawings for manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications
-Good communication and analytical skill
-Coordinate with production, manufacturing & Quality
-Well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal, O-rings etc
-Familiar in calculations in deriving design of shaft, gears, structural members, thermal heat etc.
-Knowledge of new product development (NPD), FEA, Bought outs, Standard parts
-Delivering project on time without reworks
-Experienced Sheet metal design & drawings
-Diploma/BE/ME - Mechanical, Tool & Die making with Minimum 10+ years of relevant Experience
-Exposure in AutoCAD / Pro-E / Catia / Solidworks is preferable
-Press stamping die and core sheet metal experience and heavy fabrication industry
-Experienced in Press tool & progressive tools in precision sheet metal industry.
-Support Press shop production with tooling/technical problems (Online and off line tool correction with management approval).
-Exposure in heavy fabrication industry and able handle the team.
-Press stamping die and core sheet metal experience.
-Press Tool design & development of stamping machines, and NPD activities and design approval.
-Provide specialist technical advice support to team on all aspects of Press Tool design.
-Responsible to prepare the Tools as per the daily Production Plan in priority wise.
-Monthly MRM, NPD, Costing analysis and oversee all work through the tool room efficiently.
-Responsible for manufacturing jigs and Fixtures to increase production efficiency.
-Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
-Able to work independently or with a team to reach company goal.
-Evaluates work load and determines priorities within the tool room.
-Maintains or supervises the team and tool room records.
-Ensure the department is operating as per ISO quality system.
-Responsible to take up any other task given by Management.
-Exposure in AutoCAD / Pro-E / Catia / Solidworks is preferable
