The job incumbent is responsible for sales & marketing of all Certification (CER) products & large contracts area / region.
-Any Engineering Graduate/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
-7-8 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing
-New sales in QHSE & other CER products
-Co-ordinate with Sales Manager of their respective regions for follow up on leads, proposals issued contracts etc.
-Prepare Contract review based on filled-in application received from the client
-Collating data from CRM tool “Sales Force” & analyze data for leads, repeat orders etc.
-Demonstrate an awareness of the certification product range offered by the offices of the respective countries.
-Demonstrate an understanding of the generic sales process for certification products
-Networking with consultants
-Should have the ability to connect with people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Any Engineering Graduate/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
-15+ years of industry experience with min. 3 yrs experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits/Inspections.
-Knowledge of ISO 17021, ISO17020, ISO17025 and similar ISO applicable regulations and requirements.

-Elaborating of business plan in agreement with CIF organizational objectives.
-Co-ordinate with Sales Manager of their respective regions for follow up on leads, proposals issued contracts etc.
-Defining Sales, operational and technical KPIs within the action plan.
-Identifying the business potential for organic and inorganic growth w.r.t existing & new products and markets
-Recruiting, staffing, qualification, reviewing and training (individual development, motivation, delegation, empowerment, assessment, feedback)
