-Handle plant maintenance activities across Electrical, Mechanical & Utilities
-Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize downtime
-Plan and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs
-Perform system checks on Hydraulic, Pneumatic, CNC, VMC, Press, Press Brake, Welding & SPMs
-Maintain and improve MTBF / MTTR performance indicators
-Establish and sustain SOPs, EHS standards, and maintenance best practices
-Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Preferred Background:
-Experience in Sheet Metal / Machining industry
-Hands-on exposure to DG sets, CNC, VMC, Laser Cutting, Press & Welding machines

The job incumbent is responsible for sales & marketing of all Certification (CER) products & large contracts area / region.
-Any Engineering Graduate/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
-7-8 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing
-New sales in QHSE & other CER products
-Co-ordinate with Sales Manager of their respective regions for follow up on leads, proposals issued contracts etc.
-Prepare Contract review based on filled-in application received from the client
-Collating data from CRM tool “Sales Force” & analyze data for leads, repeat orders etc.
-Demonstrate an awareness of the certification product range offered by the offices of the respective countries.
-Demonstrate an understanding of the generic sales process for certification products
-Networking with consultants
-Should have the ability to connect with people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Any Engineering Graduate/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
-15+ years of industry experience with min. 3 yrs experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits/Inspections.
-Knowledge of ISO 17021, ISO17020, ISO17025 and similar ISO applicable regulations and requirements.

-Elaborating of business plan in agreement with CIF organizational objectives.

-Identifying the business potential for organic and inorganic growth w.r.t existing & new products and markets

-Works in machines, executing day to day works, setting and programming
-Measuring instrument knowledge is must
-Experience in engineering industry add an advantage
-Qualification: BE/ BTECH/ Diploma
-Experience: 12-16 Yrs experience in Production planning of Silos
-Production planning of Silo Product, Production Order release and closure
-Need dedicated planning resource to Plan and Execute activity at FG, Sub FG & Line Item Level
-Drawing follow-up and IE (Master, routing readiness)
-Material availability and chasing purchase for Raw Materials and SB items
-Production order release and closure.
-Kitting for Dispatch, Job Work Material Follow up
-Strong in storage silo project management
-Coordinate with Stores & Logistic department on dispatch
-Good in SAP / WMS
